Summer Intensive Program 2025
For the 2025 Summer Program, we continue to pursue excellence by welcoming renowned choreographers and artists who bring their expertise from the world’s most prestigious stages. Held from July 7th to July 25th, 2025, in the stunning city of Turin, the program provides a unique opportunity to work with world-class artists and explore some of the most significant contemporary repertoires. Whether you join for one, two, or all three weeks, you’ll immerse yourself in an environment designed to inspire creativity, refine your skills, and expand your artistic horizons. To Apply
Dance students with strong contemporary and ballet techniques, are eligible to enroll in the Summer Intensive Program.
To apply it is necessary to register in the Google doc and upload your material:

One video showcasing yourself in an improvisation session (1 min. max sharing your skills/virtuosity as dancer, working with a task to your choice, tapping into what moves you as a movement artist/ sharing where you currently are in your movement research) and one minute of a set choreography (If sending a group footage please indicate which one of the dancers is you) only Vimeo or You Tube links - NO password

How to Reserve Your Spot:
To reserve your spot, a non-refundable deposit of €300,00 is required only after receiving our confirmation. Once confirmed, we will send you the registration form, which must be completed, signed, and returned along with proof of the deposit payment to dancenod@gmail.com.
Payment Plan:
The total payment can be divided into two installments. All installments must be completed in full by no later than April 30th, 2025. Detailed instructions on installment payments will be provided upon confirmation of your registration.

Fees After January 31st
FULL THREE-WEEK PROGRAM
Apply for the full three-week program after the Early Bird deadline of January 31st, 2025, at the price of €1980,00 ( €1950,00 + €30,00 registration fee )
The all-inclusive program includes:

How to Reserve Your Spot:
To reserve your place in the program, non-refundable deposit of €500,00 is required only after receiving our confirmation. Once confirmed, we will send you the registration form, which must be completed, signed, and returned along with proof of the deposit payment to dancenod@gmail.com.
Payment Plan:
The remaining balance can be divided into two installments. All payments must be completed in full by June 30th. Detailed instructions on installment payments will be provided upon confirmation of your registration.

SINGLE WEEK
Apply for one or two weeks of your choice (first, second, or third) at the price of €680.00 (€650.00 + €30.00 registration fee) per week.
The all-inclusive one week program includes:

How to Reserve Your Spot:
To secure your place in the program, non-refundable deposit of €340,00 is required only after receiving our confirmation only after receiving our confirmation.

Payment Plan:
The remaining balance must be paid within one month of the deposit. Detailed instructions on installment payments will be provided upon confirmation of your registration.

SINGLE WORKSHOP
Apply for a single workshop with 3 hours of intensive training per day, the price varies depending on the workshop you wish to attend. Check out the list of teachers and choose your workshop
The single workshop includes:

Important Information for Participants

Membership Requirement:
For participants enrolling in more than one week of workshops, it is mandatory to become a NOD member, membership ensures compliance with Italian laws governing sports and cultural associations. To become a NOD member, and in accordance with current Italian laws, you must provide a valid medical certificate stating that you are in good health. This must be submitted before your chosen start date.

Medical Certificate:
In line with Italian regulations, a valid medical certificate stating you are in good health is required before the program's start date.-
For residents abroad: We will arrange for a medical visit upon your arrival in Italy. This will be conducted by an Italian doctor at your expense (€45,00).

For residents in Italy: Please provide a valid certificate before the program begins.

Single Week Option (No Membership Required):
If you are participating in only one week of the program, you can choose not to become a NOD member and not to undergo the medical visit. In this case:-
22%VAT will be added to the workshop fee

Accommodation in Torino

We can help you find accommodation in single or double occupancy rooms used only by Nod students or apartments, that can also be shared, in the city. We can provide telephone numbers so you can contact apartment landlords directly asking about prices. Please do not forget to specify if you prefer the single or double room situation, depending on your budget. These apartments will be made available only to NOD students. The apartments have different positions in the city, all super recommended, and the distance from the studios is about 30 minutes by bus. Remember to ask your landlords the exact location of the apartment and do not forget to specify if you are willing to share with other NOD students.
Cancellation Policy
Under no circumstances, even if you change your mind for any reason, is the deposit refundable. If you notify the administration in advance, you can arrange to pay the remaining amount in installments based on your needs

The organization is NOT responsible for refunding the full amount paid for participation if the workshop(s) described above are canceled due to force majeure or other uncontrollable circumstances, but only if it is caused by the organization itself.

Nuova Officina della danza Asd regrets that it is unable to provide reimbursements in the event of a cancellation. Please verify that you can attend the dates.

For particular situations regarding the replacement of any teachers for whatever reason, it is at the total discretion of the organization in making any adjustments or changes. This will be immediately communicated. With this being said, this will not be considered grounds for any type of refund requests

If you cannot make a lesson or lessons during workshops or a master class or normal lessons provided, exclusively for reasons attributable to the organization, it is the obligation of the organization to return the full amount paid for participation.
Method of payment
Fee payment should be made only after receiving our confirmation of admission and receiving the registration form via email.
