TUITION  22/23 - 23/24 

(Before March 15th)

Registration will be considered until we have space

​

All rates will remain unchanged until March 15, after this date, prices will increase by 5 percent.

 

Who benefits from the old fee?
Those who registered by March 15 on the Google doc

and after receiving our confirmation has completed the procedure

by sending the copy of the down payment transfer by March 16.

1 Period

August 22 - December 22nd

 

 

Registration made after March 7th  August 23 - December 22th:

- PAYMENT BY THE PROGRAM STARTING DATE : € 2150,00 + registration € 55,00 (to be paid by the program starting date), € 550 by March 30th  to  get your spot, a non-refundable deposit of  € 827.00  by the end of May,  € 827,00  by August 1st,

• Attending for a month (4 weeks) single monthly rate € 650,00 + registration/ insurance € 55,00 to be payd once per year

​

• Attendig the single session/week it's requested to check on the website next to the  informations of workshop chosen

REGULAR FEE whole Academic Year 2023/24 (before march 15th)

After March 15th, the following prices will increase by 5 percent

Registration in advance for the whole Academic Year :

​

• August 22 till June 29th  € 5145,00 

• August 23rd till July 29  (Summer Program included) € 6000

• Payment of non-refundable sum of € 550,00 upon registration to book your spot (this sum is included in the rate mentioned above) Payment to be divided into two installments, the first installment to be due  by end of April, the second by August 1st. 

• Method of payment will be evaluated on a case by case basis

TUITION 2nd trimester AY 2023/24

Period: January - March

After March 15th, the following prices will increase by 5 percent

- PAYMENT BY THE PROGRAM STARTING DATE : € 1.750,00 + registration € 55,00 (to be paid by the program starting date)

payment of non-refundable sum of € 550.00 upon registration,  € 1255,00 by October  30th 2022

TUITION 3rd trimester  AY 2023/24

Period April  - June

 

 

- PAYMENT BY THE PROGRAM STARTING DATE : € 1.750,00 + registration € 55,00 (to be paid by the program starting date)

payment of non-refundable sum of € 550.00 upon registration,  € 1255,00 by January 30th 2022

• It's mandatory to  specify your name, last name, trimester or starting date attending or what month.  Banking expenses are asked to be charged to the student

- Once signed the following form, you agree to enroll in the program, consequently the quarterly fee, even if divided into several payments, will be entirely due by you even if you decide to cancel and no longer participate.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

If by reason of Act of God, beyond the control of either party, the workshop/s set out above are cancelled, exclusively for reasons attributable to the organization, it is the obligation of the organization itself, repay the entire amount paid for participation.

If you cancel, we regret that Nuova Officina della danza Asd cannot make any refunds. Please make sure that you can make the dates

What you need to become a member of NOD? 

What do you need to know if you are not a citizen of the European community?

​

​

• Membership fee payment of  € 55,00 including insurance card valid 12 months        

 

• A copy of a Medical Certificate stating that you are in good health  to take part in the dance course / or to do physical activity.

​

• In accordance with the current Italian laws we need a copy of a current medical certificate stating that you are in good health, before the trimester starting date. In the case of residency abroad, you will be asked to have a medical certificate issued by an Italian doctor here upon your arrival in September, stating that you are in good health. This will be at your expense. 

​

• N.O.D reserves the rights of any filming, photo and audio taken during the dance courses with any type of equipment (camera, video camcorder, phone etc.).

​

• Monetary fees or any other contributions made by the associate in order to take part in any N.O.D A.s.d program will be non-refundable. The association commits to ensure regular lessons, providing a possible replacement for teachers, in case of absences for justified causes.

​

• We ask you to arrange the visa application in time and to let us know in advance the expiration date. We can help you with the visa application procedure by sending you an invitation letter. The NOD is a private association and cannot apply for a student visa

​

• For particular situations regarding the replacement of any teachers for whatever reason, it is at the total discretion of the organization in making any adjustments or changes. This will be immediately communicated. With this being said, this will not be considered grounds for any type of refund requests.

​

• If you cannot make a lesson or lessons during workshops or a master class or normal lessons provided, exclusively for reasons attributable to the organization, it is the obligation of the organization to return the full amount paid for participation.

​

• The membership card is nominal and not transferable, for this reason it can be revoked.

​

• It is the associate’s responsibility, to report any changes regarding (address, email or phone numbers).
