NOD presents the new ICD - International Contemporary dance Program formula 2019/20
It’s now time to reserve your spot for the 3d Trimester April - June!
Important update! The 3rd Trimester will start April 14th (unless otherwise indicated)
Due to the spread of the epidemic and to help its containment, the Italian Ministry asks all Italian territory to suspend all physical activities, events and shows as of March 5, the Nuova Officina della Danza, Nod Association is obligated to suspend activities and postpone them until April 14th, 2020 as it can not guarantee the adequate and required distance to be kept from others.
Given the internationality of teachers and students and the collective difficulties in reaching Turin, and wanting to responsibly guarantee the safety of all participants, Nod sadly suspends its scheduled activities from Monday March 9th 2020 to Monday April 13th, 2020 ( inclusive).
As soon as all airports reopen and flights start flying over our skies, we are waiting for you in Turin to dance together
We apologize for the inconvenience

NOD International Contemporary dance Program is a very intense program
Every week for 11 months a year, dancers switch styles, repertory and guest artists and coreographers that come from the greatest companies in the world. They introduce their own movement practice and research: this means to be available to change movement quality every week and to use different skills that are required. Being curious through new perspective is essential to reach a good level of availability in performance.
This means to discover different ways to behave with the body and to express your own creativity and personality as an artist.
The ICD Program provides teachers from major European and international companies, exploring the most important, current contemporary repertoires like, Batsheva Dance Company, Sharon Eyal, Hofesh Shechter, Crystal Pite, Barak Marshall, Inbal Pinto & Avshalom Pollack, Idan Sharabi, Ivgy & Greben etc.
Gaga classes are conducted by licensed teachers among the Batsheva dancers.
Students will explore different movements in intensive sessions with the best freelance dancers and choreographers from the international scene: Dor Mamalia, Tom Weinberger, Andrea Costanzo Martini, Ella Rothschild, Doron Raz, Erez Zohar, Yaniv Abraham, Spenser Theberge, Erion Kruja, Keren Rosenberg, Doug Letheren, Sita Ostheimer, Phil Hulford, Bryan Arias, Jermaine Spivey, Guy Shomroni, Inaki Azpillaga, Michael Loehr, Shahar Binyamini, Chiara Mezzadri, Pedro Goucha Gomes, Guy Shomroni, Dario Dinuzzi, Dario Rigaglia, James Finnemore, Noa Zuk and more..
NOD every year, gets even richer collaborating with local and national dance Festival like Torino Danza Festival or Mosaico Interplay danza Festival providing masterclasses led by their guest artist.
The International Contemporary Dance Program is open to dance students aged 18 and up, with a strong contemporary and ballet technique.
ICD Program is not an dance academy, the program is directed to professional dancers, teachers, selected dance academies with students that are in their final year that need to fullfill an internship for 3 months and dancers that are highly motivated and interested in the NOD program.
